Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.

*Holidays excluded.

TravsOutfitter.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.

TravsOutfitter.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

During checkout, you will have the option of choosing an expedited form of shipping quoted from original UPS shipping rates. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from TravsOutfitter.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Returns

Returns and Exchanges MUST include the return/exchange form. Ship product and form to:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee (less $5 return shipping fees) within 30 days with the following necessary exceptions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise in the original packaging and original unused condition
• IMPORTANT: Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.
• Once your return is received and inspected by the returns department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company; it may take an additional 2-10 business days after you credit is applied for it to post to your account.
• Shoe returns and other boxed items must be inside the non-taped, undamaged box in which they were originally packaged. Please do not tape or attach postage directly to this box.
• If a replacement box is necessary for boxed merchandise that has been taped or damaged, the refund will be subject to a $5.00 deduction.
• Returns that are not in a new condition will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

Although the customer is responsible for return shipping cost, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement item. To request an exchange please call our customer service department at (866)508-5894.
